Anthony ‘Fluffy’ Hernandez wins by TKO in the second round !! Congratulations to Anthony and his team !! ( Dana Morrissey [Morrissey's Elite Training], Marinobles’s, Max Griffin, Josh Zufelt).
‘Fluffy’ performed well in all categories, showing submission attempts, effective striking, powerful slams, & ultimately ground & pounded his way to the TKO stoppage at only 32 seconds into the second round !!

We’ve got another Champion on our hands ….!! Congratulations to Max ‘Pain’ Griffin on his 1st Round knock out of Jaime ‘El Cucui’ Jara. Max’s speed and powerful striking dropped Jara (a 7-time champion spanning 4 weight classes) to the ground twice, with the second time putting him out for good. UFC veteran referee Josh Rosenthal stepped in to prevent Jara from receiving any further punishment, with the official time being only 52 seconds in the first round !!

OK folks……it’s almost time !! The official weigh-ins for the West Coast Fighting Championships will be taking place TOMORROW, Friday January 6th, 2012. Bluto’s Sports Bar & Grill will be hosting the event [ 7893 Walerga Rd, Antelope, CA 95843 - (916) 726-0531 ], with the weigh-ins beginning at 6:00 pm. ( Fighter check-in is at 4:30 pm sharp. ) It is FREE and open to the public, so come out & support your favorite fighters !! This is going to be an unbelievable show !!
